ContrOCC Web

ContrOCC is having a facelift. Soon you’ll be using a web browser to access ContrOCC instead of a desktop app.

Sam Martin, the product manager for ContrOCC Web, will explain the benefits of this change and what you’ll have to get ready before ContrOCC v14. He’ll also give a demonstration of the new user interface and answer any questions you have.

ContrOCC Insights

ContrOCC Insights is a Business Intelligence tool developed by Oxford Computer Consultants to enable you to get the most out of the information you have in ContrOCC.

By giving you new ways of viewing your data, for example, price comparisons for different providers, the current picture versus the same period last year or maps showing where clients are based related to the providers delivering their services, you can gain new insights allowing you to reduce costs, track performance and identify where more focus may be required and improve the service you offer to your clients.

Upgrades and Directed Testing

Have you ever wondered what internal testing processes are performed before a major release or upgrade? Or perhaps you require an urgent hotfix and need clarification about the development cycle and what testing is required from you?
